Flousify collects store and customer data needed for abandoned-cart recovery: name, phone, email, cart value, and follow-up status.

Data is used only to run messaging, follow-up, and reports inside the merchant account. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

When Shopify is connected we receive cart and order events via webhooks and the app pixel. Merchants can disconnect anytime from Integrations.

We honor Shopify mandatory requests: customer data access, customer deletion, and shop deletion after uninstall.
